Our Board of Directors is comprised of caring individuals from varied backgrounds. Therapists, educators, consultants, and peace officers bring their expertise to the business. This rich and diverse pool of professionals have assisted USA Guides in becoming the best transport company in the industry.
Our Guides are carefully recruited from several sources. We look for individuals with education, training and experience working with youth. We often recruit staff from "Therapeutic Youth" programs. These guides have received hundreds of hours of training and experience in crisis management, non verbal behavior, de-escalation and intervention and personal safety techniques.
Our Guides recieve training from a clinical psychologist that specializes in adolescents. We also regularly consult with physicians, clinical psychologists, youth counselors, and educators whose careers are centered around helping at risk adolescents to contribute to the training of our guides.
We take great pride it matching the training, background and experience of our Guides with the individual needs of our clients. All of our Guides have been trained to be firm yet fair and have the skills required to de-escalate potentially volitile situations, and to demonstrate a "command presence" to assure cooperation and to prevent potential problems from developing.
We also provide transport and escort services for single individuals or senior citizens during their travels, and we will escort minor children in need of assistance to any point on the globe. Our staff members are specially trained to avoid potential problems. We draw from a wide variety of backgrounds that include those that are well versed in travel, navigating airports and other terminals and international borders. We even have Guides that are great conversationalists and can make a long trip quite enjoyable. All the while our Guides are mindful that their duty is to see that our clients arrive to their final destination safely
